A retainer reserves both Wedding/Event dates and our team for you.

• A 50% non refundable retainer is required to book Weddings & Events.

• Remaining balances are obligated to be paid out once 6 months prior to the Wedding/Event hits.

• The last payment is due 6 weeks prior to the Wedding/Event.

• If a Wedding or event are being booked less than 3 months in advance the payment is required in full

• Trials are paid in full and require a 24 hour cancellation to move. (less than 24 hours cancellation requires a new payment as we have to pay the team for the missed appointment)

*A credit card is required on file for possible day of changes. We will send you a breakdown of any charges.

We travel outside of our Suite in Westborough, Ma as follows per beauty service (hair and/or makeup)

UP TO:

*15 miles each way/30 miles round trip for 3 or more services

*30 miles each way/60 miles round trip for 5 or more services

*60 miles each way/120 miles round trip for 7 or more services

-Please contact us for distances over 120 miles round trip to calculate travel fees

-We can accommodate traveling for less services, however same minimum fees apply to bookings.

-We send invoices through a secured payment platform for all payments

-We accept cash and all major credit cards

-We do not accept checks

-20% Gratuity is automatically added for your convenience to all services and is added to your invoices. (This is standard in Wedding and Beauty services) This means no one needs to be burdened with last minute calculations and running around on your Wedding/Event Day.

Travel:

$50 for up to 30 miles round trip from our Suite in Westborough Ma. ($2 per mile over first 30 miles) as well as tolls/parking fees (per artist) from our suite.

Early Start:

*Arrival time prior to 8am-

$25 fee per artist, per half hour prior to 8am.

*Arrival time prior to 5am-

Requires over night accommodations for the bridal team.

*-Travel of 3 hours or more may require overnight accommodations depending on starting time of services

Holidays:

$100 Holiday fee (per artist) for bookings on Holiday weekends/days.

Late Bookings:

-A lot goes into preparing our team and the day as well as gathering/sending information to you. Any Event being booked less than the following times incur an expedite fee.

*3 months or less- $25 per month under

Extra Artists:

$100 fee (per artist) when asking to add additional team members to speed up the service times (if available). We add additional artists automatically without charge for larger parties.

-Your contract holds the pricing for the year of your Wedding/Event and current policies for the year of your Wedding/Event. Contracts need to be returned within one week of paying a deposit. We do not hold changes after a week, if a contract is late you are obligated to take on any changes made to pricing/policies after that time frame.

-We do not continuously remind to fill out paperwork so please remember to do so in a timely manner.

- In order to make changes we need enough notice to adjust artists and timing. We do not lessen services booked without 30 days notice from the Wedding/Event date. We will try to accommodate a request to add more

-Day Of... We understand last minute requests for additional services or service changes sometimes happen, we will always try to accommodate if we have time.

-Additional charges will be made to the credit card on file for any changes the day of the Event

-We can not remove already booked/paid services on the day of an Event (30 day notice required)

-We have a 6 month cancellation notice to cancel a Wedding, minus services already provided such as a Trial.

-After the 6 months the remaining balance is due for the booked Wedding/Event, this includes rescheduled dates.

-The 50% retainer is non refundable.

-We have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy for Trials and Individual services (such as prom).

-Late Cancels result in a 60% charge of the total Services Booked as we need to pay for the Artists time.

-No Call/No Show is 100% charge of Services Booked
